What to Expect in Therapy

First Session

We'll start with a comprehensive intake where I learn about your history, current challenges, and goals. This is your time to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.

Ongoing Sessions

Each 50-minute session builds on the last. We'll work collaboratively to process emotions, develop coping skills, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Your Role

Therapy is a collaborative process. I'll provide guidance and support, but you're the expert on your own life. Your honesty and openness will determine how much we can accomplish together.

Progress & Growth

Healing isn't linear. Some sessions you'll feel breakthrough moments, others may feel difficult. Both are valuable parts of the process, and I'll be there to support you through it all.

  • Initial Consultation: Free (15 minutes)
  • EMDR Sessions: $185/session
